Replacements
Do you accept returns?
For safety reasons, we do not accept physical product returns. Verified damaged, incorrect, or defective items are replaced promptly under our Replacement Policy. Your rights under applicable law are not affected.
What if an item is damaged incorrect or defective?
Contact us within 72 hours after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and label. For a malfunction that photos cannot show, we may request a short video or other reasonable documentation. Do not use a damaged or leaking item to demonstrate a defect.
Must I purchase package protection to receive a replacement?
No. Optional package protection is not a condition of our Replacement Policy or your rights under applicable law.
