If you receive a damaged or defective product, don’t worry! Contact us, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store gift card. Your wellness is our priority, and we’re here to support you with heart and care.
Return Policy Details
We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be in its original packaging, per California health and safety regulations.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation emailed to you or in your account).
- You must have a valid medical cannabis recommendation, as required for all purchases.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@subconsciouscannabis.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos of the product and packaging.
- If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup in Los Angeles. Securely package the item with your order confirmation.
- We’ll inspect the return to confirm it meets our policy.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Defects
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@subconsciouscannabis.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, store gift card, or refund, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Per California cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that are not damaged or defective (e.g., returns due to personal preference).
- Opened or used products.
- Clearance or bulk items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
If your product is damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement of equal value upon approval of your return. If you prefer a different item, we’ll issue a gift card for the cost difference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank or credit card account for the refund.
- If it’s been over 14 days and you don’t see it, contact your bank or card provider, as processing times vary.
- Still no refund? Reach out to us at support@subconsciouscannabis.com, and we’ll resolve it.
