All orders placed through our Site (subconsciouscannabis.com) are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA. We prioritize your privacy and aim to get your order to you quickly and discreetly.

Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order is received and your medical cannabis recommendation is verified, we create a shipping label and send you an email or SMS notification with tracking information.

Processing Schedule: We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Any known delays or holiday-related closures will be posted in the announcement section of our website.
Shipping Time: Most orders are shipped the same day or the next business day via USPS or a licensed local courier (for Los Angeles-area deliveries). Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Packaging: All packages are shipped in discreet, generic packaging (bubble mailers or plain cardboard boxes) to protect your privacy.

Tracking Information

Once you receive tracking information, your shipping label has been printed, and your package is scheduled for pickup by USPS or our local courier. Tracking updates may experience delays with USPS, but rest assured your package is on its way shortly after the label is generated. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure every order is carefully packed and shipped on time.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once your package is handed over to USPS or our licensed courier, we no longer control transit times. If you experience delays or issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly:
